Love this infant seat. Super easy to use, and very light when you detach the inner carrier for use. Secures baby comfortably, well designed to keep little heads from rolling around or sagging forward. Literally only complaint was that I bought new off Amazon and the date of manufacture was 2 years old already. Typically infant seats expire at around 6 years old. Would have returned, but I'll only need the seat for about a year so whatever. Just something to be aware of and check. Would not be happy with a 2 year old non-infant seat bc it'd considably reduce usable lifespan.Absolutely love it. Super easy instructions all clearly printed on the inside of the base. Looks amazing and so versatile for carrying babyI seriously love the design of this car seat. The standard Cary isn’t even that heavy compared to my last car seat but the pull away carry is soooo light it’s mind blowing. Everytime Sorry me one sees my car seat they alway loose their minds hahaI had a c section and it’s difficult to carry around bulky car seats, this car seat allows me to leave the bulky outer part and carry my son and the lightweight inner part with no issues.I love this car seat only bc it's light weight and easy access to baby with a light weight purpose. The exoskeleton like car seat part that comes on and off too is amazing. The BIGGEST ISSUE is that baby is not safe while connected to stroller or even just sitting in the seat in general baby sits up.... literally up and even forward. Making me feel as though I have to watch the babies breathing all the time. I purchased this not knowing this and I regret it only for this reason only.I had to return before baby is born next month. Couldn't rate install as it wasn't installed yet. It looks comfortable enough for baby but not tested yet. I got it when it was at a great price. It looks expensive and most importantly safe. And I love the major features of how it has the inner shell and the shoulder strap. However, there is negatives to this as well as it's hard for me to get out. For some reason my teen can remove the inner shell but its super hard for me. Then the outer shell with inner shell combined is heavy, too heavy for me. I am about to have a c-section so I won't be able to lift the seat with baby in it. The shoulder strap is too short for me to hold the carseat inner shell comfortable in front or on the side of me. The stroller I purchased (MomPush) only has adapters for the other Maxi Cosi models, not this Coral XP. So I would have to purchase the Maxi-Cosi stroller caddy, which would be me basically purchasing another "stroller." I need something lighter, so I will still purchase this brand, just a different model.We are on kid 3 and dang I wish they made these things 10 years ago. We get tons of complements on this seat! Super practical. Genius ideaEasiest base install I’ve ever done! it truly only took five seconds to install this base with the latch system properly. And I love that it has the loadbearing bar at the bottom as well. It is easy to move from car to car if you needed to as well. Lots of easy to follow directions stuck directly on it so you can never lose them.
